Job Summary

As a Kitchen Talent, you will be part of the culinary team responsible for preparing quality food while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, consistency, and teamwork. Whether you are new to the industry or have previous kitchen experience, we provide training and career development opportunities to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented to company standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality and report shortages when necessary.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries properly.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during operating hours.
• Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Requirements

• Passion for cooking and hospitality.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
