• Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders and on-time delivery of materials to support operational requirements.
• Manage and monitor material inventory levels to ensure accuracy and sufficient stock availability.
• Analyze forecast and demand trends against actual material consumption to optimize inventory planning and control.
• Identify and source new suppliers while managing the supplier evaluation and selection process.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quotations, delivery terms, and all related materials procurement matters.
• Participate as an auditor in internal and external Quality Management System (QMS) audit activities.
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards, processes, policies, and procedures in compliance with the Quality Management System requirements.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in food related courses / Manufacturing / Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 2 - 5 years experience in related field.
• Good communication & written skills.
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good in Arithmetic & figures.
• Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
