岗位职责
Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders and on-time delivery of materials to support operational requirements.
Manage and monitor material inventory levels to ensure accuracy and sufficient stock availability.
Analyze forecast and demand trends against actual material consumption to optimize inventory planning and control.
Identify and source new suppliers while managing the supplier evaluation and selection process.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quotations, delivery terms, and all related materials procurement matters.
Participate as an auditor in internal and external Quality Management System (QMS) audit activities.
Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards, processes, policies, and procedures in compliance with the Quality Management System requirements.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in food related courses / Manufacturing / Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent.
2 - 5 years experience in related field.
Good communication & written skills.
Good negotiation and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good in Arithmetic & figures.
Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.
