About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Robotic Automation Specialist (UiPath) to join a dynamic automation team supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, design intelligent automation solutions, and develop scalable RPA workflows. You’ll participate in the full automation lifecycle while gaining exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Automation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate automation requirements.
• Identify business processes suitable for automation and conduct feasibility studies.
• Document business processes, workflows, business rules, and exception handling.
• Act as the bridge between business users, IT teams, Infrastructure teams, and support teams.

RPA Development

• Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and support automation solutions using UiPath.
• Develop custom logic and error handling using VB.NET within UiPath.
• Review RPA code to ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support for automation solutions.
• Manage source code using Git or SVN version control.

Automation & AI Innovation

• Utilize scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, C#, or VBA to support automation initiatives.
• Develop Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical documentation.
• Implement additional automation technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiVision, Microsoft Copilot, and similar tools.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Monitor automation performance, ROI, and business impact.
• Contribute to automation governance, best practices, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation, or Automation Development.
• Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using UiPath.
• Strong understanding of the complete RPA lifecycle:
• Process Discovery
• Solution Design
• Development
• Testing
• Deployment
• Monitoring
• Production Support
• Experience preparing:
• Process Definition Documents (PDD)
• Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Technical Documentation
• Programming or scripting experience in one or more of the following:
• VB.NET
• Python
• C#
• VBA
• PowerShell
• Experience using Git or SVN for version control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for automation, AI, and digital transformation technologies.
