You will report to the Manager. Your job responsibilities shall cover:
Manage outsourced vendors to ensure media assets are maintained in optimal and serviceable condition to support advertising operations.
Oversee execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring contractors meet agreed timelines and service standards.
Monitor asset uptime and performance KPIs, driving timely resolution of faults to minimise downtime.
Track and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and continuous service improvement.
Coordinate and resolve internal and external feedback related to media assets with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure overall asset condition and lifecycle management, including inspection, tracking, and enhancement where required.
Support management reporting on asset performance, maintenance status, and vendor delivery.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Candidate preferably should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Business (Information Technology/Electrical/Electronics) or related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in maintenance, asset management, or contractor/vendor coordination.
Experience in managing outsourced contractors
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and performance tracking.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination – Effective in coordinating across internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external authorities.
Problem-Solving & Operational Control – Able to identify operational gaps, drive issue resolution, and ensure timely closure in a fast-paced environment.
