As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting daily administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth office processes. What You Will Be Doing
As an Admin Clerk, you will support daily administrative and operational processes to ensure the team operates efficiently.
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Daily data entry, receive orders and billing of invoices/quotations/proforma invoice/credit notes/memos etc and filing
- Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes
- Assist with any functions of the day to day operations within Admin Department
- Liaise with Store Department and Operations Manager for shipment of goods
- Arrange & will need to go for outlet check stock when necessary (local and outstation)
- Submitting weekly/monthly report accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager
What We Are Looking For
- Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
- At least 1 year of experience in Admin Clerk Field/Data entry field
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Must know how to use computer and email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc)
- Independent, team player, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills.
