Responsibilities

Prepare process routers and work packages based on engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Create balloon drawings and identify inspection points from technical drawings.
Release work orders promptly to support production schedules and customer requirements.
Maintain and update process routers, CNC programs, and drawing revisions.
Coordinate outsourced (farm-out) processes to ensure smooth production flow.
Work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Good understanding of metal machining processes, process sequencing, heat treatment, and surface coating.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and GD&T.
Good planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
