  • Warehouse Operations
  • Perform inbound receiving including inspection, quantity verification, and documentation checks.
  • Ensure materials are stored correctly following FIFO, serial number, expiry, and storage requirements.
  • Support urgent shipments, order processing and inventory shortages.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards (5S) and optimize space utilization.
  • Report material discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
  • Inventory Control
  • Support cycle counts, periodic stock checks, and annual physical inventory.
  • Ensure inventory movements are accurately captured in system records.
  • Monitor shelf-life materials and support write-off processes where required.
  • Maintain proper storage conditions including temperature and safety requirements.
  • Assist in minimizing obsolete or excess inventory.
  • Administrative & System Support
  • Perform SAP/WMS transactions including goods receipt, updates, and inventory transactions.
  • Validate delivery and purchase order details for accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery notes, packing lists, and operational documentation.
  • Update operational status and maintain accurate system records.
  • Generate reports and assist customer with administrative data extraction.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Planning, SAP support) to resolve discrepancies or system issues.
  • Support audit activities and compliance documentation.
  • Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures, security controls, and company policies.
  • Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment to prevent damage or injury.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

  • SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, WMS, or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to perform manual handling and warehouse operational tasks.
  • Certified forklift or reach truck operator is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong discipline and ability to follow SOPs.

Able to work shifts, overtime, and in a fast-paced environment.
