RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare cost estimates for construction projects
• Prepare bills of quantities (BQ)
• Monitor construction cost and prevent budget overruns
• Measure and evaluate work done on-site for payment purposes
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements
• Conduct site visits for valuations and verification
• To handle any other ad-hoc task is assigned by the management or superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in relevant software : AutoCad, MS words, Excel
• Able to work independently and efficiency with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
