Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI, GenAI, and Data projects from initiation to closure.

• Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, vendors, and regional counterparts.

• Oversee AI/data platform initiatives, embedding responsible AI principles (ethics, privacy, security, compliance).

• Translate technical concepts into executive‑level communication.

• Manage project financials (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking).

• Provide governance artefacts, dashboards, and post‑implementation reviews.

• Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred; Agile/Scrum is a plus).

• 12+ years of IT project management experience, with 3–5 years leading large‑scale initiatives.

• Proven success in AI, GenAI, data analytics, or data platform programs.

• Experience in regulated industries (banking/financial services).

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, cloud platforms, and modern data architecture.

• Skilled in risk, issue, dependency, and financial management.

• Ability to work effectively in a regional, multi‑cultural environment.
