Job Summary

Manage facade project execution by coordinating material delivery, site progress, and consultant requirements to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with consultants to fulfill project specifications and requirements
• Monitor and control project material delivery to align with scheduled timelines
• Prepare detailed site programs for teams to follow, ensuring project milestones are met on time
• Manage and track site progress to maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Apply strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Demonstrate commitment and a positive work attitude to meet project demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in residential, government, or commercial building projects, preferably with building facade works
• Diploma and/or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
