The Role 

You'll be responsible for identifying, researching, and contacting potential clients via LinkedIn and cold email. Your job is to get qualified prospects onto a discovery call — not to close them. The closer takes it from there. 

This is a high-activity, process-driven role. You'll follow a playbook, hit daily targets, and continuously improve your messaging based on what gets replies. 

What You'll Do 

  • Research and identify target companies matching our ICP (20–200 employees, AU/NZ/UK/US, relevant industries) 
  • Send personalised LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages 
  • Send cold email sequences using approved templates (with personalisation) 
  • Qualify inbound interest and book discovery calls in the closer's calendar 
  • Log all outreach activity daily in CRM 
  • Report weekly: contacts reached, replies, calls booked, pipeline value generated 

What We're Looking For 

  • 1–3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting 
  • Excellent written English — your messages represent Talent Outsource 
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily activity targets 
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools (preferred, not required) 
  • Detail-oriented — CRM hygiene matters 
  • Philippines-based; remote
