JOB PURPOSE:
Drive the implementation of HR Shared Services initiatives by executing service delivery models, streamlining processes and systems, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality HR service delivery.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Project Planning & Execution
- Translate project plans into operational service delivery models, processes, and workflows
- Support execution of SSC initiatives by managing day-to-day implementation activities across service domains
- Monitor service readiness, identify gaps, and implement improvements to ensure smooth rollout
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align operational delivery with project milestones
Stakeholder Coordination & Service Alignment
- Act as the key liaison between Shared Services operations and business/HR stakeholders
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring clear communication of service scope and processes
- Gather feedback from users to refine service delivery and improve experience
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to ensure service continuity
Operational Risk & Change Management
- Identify operational risks and service delivery challenges, and implement mitigation actions
- Support change initiatives by embedding new processes, tools, and ways of working into daily operations
- Reinforce adoption through user guidance, training coordination, and ongoing support
- Monitor service impact post-change and recommend adjustments for stability and effectiveness
Service Governance & Performance Management
- Execute governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and service standards
- Track and report service performance against SLAs and KPIs, highlighting gaps and improvement actions
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, process flows, and service records
- Support reporting requirements for management reviews and governance forums
Service Transition & Continuous Improvement
- Support transition from project phase to steady-state operations, ensuring service stability
- Manage hypercare activities at operational level to resolve issues quickly post go-live
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Embed best practices and standardization across HR shared services operations
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead and develop the shared services operations team to deliver consistent, high-quality services
- Build team capability in service delivery, systems, and process excellence
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION:
- At least 10-12 years of relevant work experience, including 3-5 years leading HR transformation or shared services projects, with proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, implement HR systems, and drive process improvement.
- Experience in leadership development, workforce capability building, and culture transformation.
- Experience in agile methodology is preferred.
- Experience in regional or multinational environments, combined with knowledge of SuccessFactors platforms and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile), is highly preferred
- Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, AHRI, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
