We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist/ Admin to join our legal firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and phone inquiries professionally
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room arrangements
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist lawyers and staff with ad-hoc tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Prior receptionist/admin experience is an advantage
