Job Summary
The Site Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising the day-to-day site workforce and construction activities for precast installation works, ensuring works are executed safely, properly coordinated, and in accordance with the approved drawings, method statements, and programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce involved in precast installation works.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, work sequence, and method statements.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager, engineers, lifting team, QA/QC personnel, and subcontractors on daily work execution.
• Brief workers on work activities, priorities, and safety requirements before commencement of work.
• Monitor site productivity, workmanship, and progress on a daily basis.
• Ensure materials, tools, machinery, and access arrangements are available for work execution.
• Check site readiness prior to installation activities.
• Report site issues, delays, and constraints to the site management team in a timely manner.
• Ensure good housekeeping, safe access, and proper control of work areas.
• Record daily manpower, work progress, and site activities.
• Assist in coordinating rectification works, inspections, and interface matters with other trades.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
