岗位职责
Key Responsibility & Authorities:
1.1 Engineering Documentation & Workflow Support:
· Register, generate, and systematically update Job Traveler (JT) / Work Order (WO) within the ERP system based on customer orders and Product Definitions
· Print out require internal fabrication drawings and technical drawings, ensuring they are accurately attached to the corresponding JT/WO package before released to production
· Assis in daily engineering documentation tasks, ensuring rigid adherence to document control SOP
1.2 Procurement & Material Assistance:
· Review finalized Job Traveler/Work Order to determine specific material and components needs
· Raise Purchase Request (PR) in the system to order project and manufacturing materials in strict accordance with the JT/WO requirement
· Follow up on the status of PRs to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials
1.3 Departmental Record Keeping:
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized physical and electronic filling systems for all engineering drawings, Bill of material (BOM), work instruction, and engineering changes
· Handle general clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, archiving, and distributing engineering documentation.
· Ensure meticulous record-keeping to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO 9001 Quality Management System
1.4 Continuous Improvement:
· Participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency
1.5 Work Environment:
· Adhere to the principles of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace
· Regularly participate in workplace tidy activities, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored, work areas are clean, and safety standards are maintained
1.6 Safety Compliance:
· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all individual within company
· Identify and report any potential safety hazards or concerns to safety representative or management
1.7 Other:
· Compliance to company rules (Employee Code of Conduct) and management system.
· Carry out other tasks or duties as assigned by immediate or higher-level supervisor/manager/management
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
