As Director, Project Sourcing – ASEAN , you will provide leadership across Project Sourcing functions while driving sourcing strategy, supplier performance, procurement governance and commercial excellence.

The role is primarily focused on supporting Process Automation (PA) projects while also providing sourcing leadership and influence across multiple Honeywell Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) in the region.

You will operate within a complex matrix environment, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Category Management and Business Leadership teams to improve project competitiveness, increase win rates and deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional project sourcing teams to execute annual and strategic sourcing plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve project competitiveness and profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Proposal teams to support project pursuits and improve win rates.
• Build and manage relationships with key strategic suppliers across the region.
• Drive supplier negotiations, contract management and commercial performance.
• Deliver improvements in cost, productivity, working capital and supplier performance.
• Ensure sourcing risk management and business continuity across critical projects.
• Drive procurement compliance, governance and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead teams in a matrix environment while influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and businesses.
• Collaborate with global category teams to identify and develop competitive supplier networks.
• Promote digital procurement tools, eSourcing solutions and process automation.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain leadership.
• Proven leadership experience in large regional or global sourcing organizations.
• Strong experience operating within complex matrix organizations.
• Direct and matrix people leadership experience
• Strong supplier management, commercial negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in regional or global industrial procurement and sourcing environments.
• Experience developing and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience in procurement compliance and governance programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• MBA, PMP, CPSM, CIPS or similar professional qualification.
• Project Management and/or Contract Management experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, eRFx, eSourcing or procurement analytics platforms.
