CASTING COORDINATOR

Such Films Ltd, is one of the largest TVC Production House (電視廣告製作公司）in Hong Kong， producing renowned local as well as international brand names TV commercials. SUCH/ is a digital platform that we also direct to celebrate local art and culture. Long-established in 1996 and currently located in Quarry Bay. We are now inviting qualified and conscientious candidates of high caliber to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all film requirements from Directors, Producers and Production Managers; assist on all aspects of production

• Scout suitable talents for TVC shooting according to Directors’ requirements

• Audition and interview talents, regularly update and maintain talent record files

• Negotiate terms and execute contracts with talents and model agencies

• Assist Clients and take care of talents in all TVC shooting

• Maintain talent wardrobe, coordinate with hair stylists and makeup artists for all TVCs

Requirements:

• U or College fresh grads welcome

• No experience required

• Full of enthusiasm in advertising and film production

• Good interpersonal skills, pleasant, outgoing, confident, self-motivated

• Hard working, responsible, able to work independently and under tight timelines

• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English

• Knowledge in PC operations - PHOTOSHOP, PREMIERE, MOVIE MAKER

• Overtime working is required
