Job Responsibilities

• Manage Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects including HDB, Condominium and Commercial developments.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee project execution from commencement to completion.
• Manage project schedule, manpower allocation, subcontractors and site activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients and relevant authorities on project matters.
• Attend site meetings, technical meetings and coordination meetings.
• Review project drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure all P&S works comply with PUB, BCA and relevant statutory requirements.
• Resolve technical and site issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project cost and variation works in coordination with the QS team.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, quality standards and timeline.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of project management experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.
• Proven experience managing new build projects such as HDB, Condominium and Commercial developments.
• Experience working with P&S subcontractors in Singapore is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, project coordination and site management.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and project management software.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
