Job Title: Personal Assistant (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!)
Location: Alexandra Road
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary: $2500 - $3500 per month / $12 - $15 per hour
Work Days: Monday to Friday (No need to work on PH)
Working Hours: 10am to 5pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support day-to-day personal and professional responsibilities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can anticipate needs, manage tasks efficiently, and ensure operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar events
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Handle email and phone correspondence on behalf of the principal
• Run errands and manage household tasks or vendor coordination (if local)
• Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times
• Assist with personal and business projects as needed
• Track tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• At least local Diploma

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor
