Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform full custom layout of Analog Mixed Signal modules in planar CMOS, BCD and FinFET technologies
• Create an efficient floorplan to ensure optimal placement and routing of analogue components to meet design requirements and performance
• Perform layout verification of the IP module to ensure quality and compliance of the processes
• Documentation of all layout details according to the development process and adhere to the quality and standards

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor/Master degree in Microelectronics/Electronic Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in analog layout of circuits, such as Bandgap, LDO, Oscillators, PLL, ADC etc
• Experience in deep submicron process in planar CMOS and BCD technologies.
• Knowledge of FinFET will be advantageous
• Proficient in EDA tools, such as Cadence, Synopsys and Mentor
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, Java will be a plus
• Excellent team player
