The role reports to AVP – Business Management High Net Worth (HNW) Distribution (Agency & Banca) and is responsible to provide business support for Agency and Bank channels. The role will also participate and assist the AVP – Business Management in projects related to process improvement

• Oversee and provide dedicated business support to ensure smooth operational processes, including financing matters on HNW pre-case submissions from Agency.
• Provide timely and quality service and response on HNW related queries by working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of financing applications and accurate preparation of reporting and documentation on all matters pertaining to financing.
• Provide co-ordination support with financing partners on the financing facility approval for new products and assist in the onboarding process for new financing partners, distributors and vendors.
• Provide co-ordination support with financing partners on the pre and post financing and to organize financing workshops and trainings to Agency channel.
• Facilitate and conduct periodic check and update department information and operating guidelines pertaining to financing and other operational matters.
• Assist and facilitate in the coordination, appointment and reservation of concierge services for HNW clients and Agency HNW representative under Agency HNW recognition program.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks.
• Lead/ Participate in projects undertaken by the team.
• Prepare and disseminate bulletin pertaining to financing and all other operational matters
• Sourcing and onboarding of HNW concierge services providers ensure adherence to Group procedures and policies.
• Coordinate Training for Representatives on technical areas such as Premium Financing and AML.
• Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Team Lead or Head of Department
• Diploma or Degree holder
• Experience in Middle Office or High Net Worth (HNW) operations is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
• Self-motivated, committed and possess initiative and drive in the job
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
