Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As a Human Resources Executive, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and standards. Responsibilities include supporting HR management activities, implementing policies, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns. The role plays a key part in driving HR excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Expertise and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work responsibilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
