US-based IT service vendor / Client: Bank

• Must have a good understanding of Order management and Trade lifecycle in the private banking context across different product covering front office, middle office and back-office areas
• Hands-on experience & good understanding of lifecycle processes and procedures for the below products - Equity, Bonds, Private Equity, Funds, Derivatives, Structured Products, Others
• Good understanding of concepts of clearing and settlement
• Understanding of the transaction related SWIFTS for trades and transfers
• Review technical design documents to provide timely & meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive & well-structured test plans & test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan & coordinate quality testing activities.
• Create QA reports & file bugs based on the outcome of QA test cycles.
• Work closely with developers to recognize the potential for any operational issues, assess risks & resolve issues.
• Experience in writing user stories based on detailed requirement workshops with key users.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – having worked with business side of stakeholders
• Confident and effective communication capability for driving the program agenda across all stakeholder teams
• Knowledge / Exposure to agile and SDLC formats of project execution.
• Constructively challenge the client stakeholders

• Candidate should ideally have at least 9 years of experience in working in a private banking, and exposed to the order and Trade management, SWIFT messaging, Clearing and settlement and processing of Corporate actions
• Fluent in English and Mandarin / Cantonese languages (to liaise with stakeholders in HK)
• Experience of having worked on the business side, with collaboration across all stakeholder teams in a private bank
• Experience in product implementation, solution development and delivery (for business), vendor management, product management, requirements definition, functional testing and H/L solution design
