KITE Search are currently working with a leading property developer that are renowned for their real estate portfolio across Hong Kong. With 2021 set to be a busy year, they are actively looking to add an Assistant Project Manager (Architect) to their project developmemt team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management of the Group’s property development projects in Hong Kong and Overseas
• Manage all project activities and requirements with consultants, authorities, contractors and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture Studies
• Possess recognized qualifications of Member of RIBA, HKIA, HKIS or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in handling residential, commercial and alteration & additional (A&A) projects
• Minimum 8 years' working experience in project management and project administration, experience in property developer is an advantage
• Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
• Good knowledge on building regulations and local practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop and 3D max
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to Overseas may be required
