Your new role
Provide frontline IT support across a range of end-user technologies, including applications, hardware, mobile devices, telephony, and network access.
Manage and resolve service requests and incidents through an IT ticketing platform, ensuring timely closure and communication with users.
Handle escalations and contribute to maintaining service quality across regional offices.
Leverage internal knowledge resources and collaborate with wider IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate with specialised support teams where required, ensuring proper escalation and follow-through.
Maintain security best practices by verifying user identities, supporting account-related requests, and escalating potential risks when necessary.
Support AV and collaboration tools, including meeting room setup for business-critical events.
Monitor and maintain asset records, including hardware inventory across multiple locations.
Stay updated with emerging workplace technologies, including AI-driven productivity and legal-tech tools, and assist users in adoption.
Promote and adhere to company-wide information security standards.
Provide on-site IT support across regional offices within APAC on a regular basis (travel required).
Support infrastructure maintenance activities, including system updates and scheduled downtime exercises.
Manage the full life cycle of IT equipment, from procurement and deployment to refresh and disposal.
Participate in an on-call support rotation to handle urgent issues outside business hours.
Assist in system testing, rollout of new applications, and maintenance of technical documentation.
Support onboarding activities, including workstation setup, account provisioning, and user orientation.
Configure and maintain network and telephony systems, as well as server room environments.
Ensure shared workspaces and guest systems are properly prepared and maintained.
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
4-7 years of IT support experience within professional services, financial services, or similar corporate environments.
Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word).
