We're building one of Singapore's most advanced optical transceiver manufacturing facilities — powering the infrastructure behind the global AI data revolution. As we ramp up our new 800G optical transceiver line at Bulim Square, Jurong Innovation District, we're looking for talented people across engineering, quality, and operations to join us on this journey.

Engineering & Program Leadership

• Manufacturing Program Manager — Lead cross-functional execution from NPI through mass production
• NPI Engineer / NPI Junior Engineer — Drive new product introduction and process readiness
• Product Engineer (PE) — Own product yield, reliability, and performance across the lifecycle
• Industrial Engineer (IE) — Optimize line balancing, capacity, and manufacturing efficiency
• Automation Engineer (AE) — Design and integrate robotics, vision systems, and Industry 4.0 solutions
• SMT Process Engineer & SMT Machine Engineer — Develop and sustain SMT/PCBA processes and equipment
• Test Engineer (TE) — Build and optimize functional test systems for high-speed optical products
• Rework Engineer (RE) — Maximize yield recovery through failure analysis and rework strategy

Quality Assurance

• Quality Lead — Lead the site quality organization and drive compliance excellence
• Incoming Quality Control (IQC) — Ensure incoming materials meet spec before production
• In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) — Monitor and control in-line quality across DB/WB/AA/Test
• Output Quality Control (OQC) — Own quality planning, FMEA, and reliability assurance
• Customer Quality Assurance (CQA) — Manage customer complaints, 8D/CAPA, and satisfaction
• Vendor Quality Assurance (VQA) — Drive supplier audits, qualification, and improvement

Production & Operations

• Production Line Leader — Supervise daily operations, output, and shopfloor teams
• Manufacturing Assistant — Support production data, scheduling, and coordination
