The ideal candidate will be responsible for the in-house assembly, on-site installation, and comprehensive technical service of automated machinery, jigs, and fixtures. This role bridges hands-on hardware assembly with software configuration, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment and system operation at client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Hardware Assembly: Perform in-house and on-site mechanical assembly, and setup of automated machines, jigs, and fixtures.
- On-Site Installation: Execute equipment installation, deployment, and commissioning at client locations.
- Software Management: Handle software updates, configure operational parameters, and proficiently operate automation software.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues on automated machinery to minimize client downtime.
- Customer Training: Demonstrate machine operations and train clients on how to safely run and maintain the installed systems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong hands-on capability in reading technical drawings and performing mechanical machine assembly.
- Familiarity with automated system software (experience with Omron, Mitsubishi, or PC-based industrial software is an advantage).
- Willingness to travel to client sites for deployment and technical support.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for hands-on engineering and relevant internship or project experience are highly encouraged to apply.
