I am currently helping our Client seeking a System Analyst to join the team in Hong Kong.
Role and Requirements
System Development and improvement.
Carries out system development and enhancements as requested by users and leaders to boost operational efficiency and streamline business processes, thereby enhancing the company's capabilities.
Evaluates user needs, current system workflows, and procedures.
Conducts feasibility assessments, designs and evaluates systems/infrastructure/databases, and assists the supervisor in coordinating with various stakeholders.
Provides support and guidance for users at all levels to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and maintain the seamless operation of application systems.
Leads small to medium-scale projects, preparing and overseeing project timelines.
Suggests IT practices for application development, system support, and testing (Functional and Regression).
Solid understanding of different phases of the System Development Life Cycle.
Solid working experience of middleware experience with Java EE, Spring and Hibernate is a must.
Solid experience of relational Database experience on at least one of Sybase, MSSQL, and Oracle.
Insurance industry is highly preferred.
