Our client’s project is a well-established brand in the Information Technology industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven Senior SAS-ETL Developer position. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

Job Type: Contract Role

Competencies and Skills:

• • Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent.

• At least 10 years of development experience with SAS ETL (using SAS Data Integration)

• Candidates should have domain knowledge in at least of the following area: Banking and Financial, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting and Basel II / Basel III

• Experienced with SAS backend process and troubleshooting.

• At least 12 years in software development life cycle and processes

• Experienced with Database model, Data model design and Risk Model implementation will be advantageous.

• Experienced with warehouse / big data implementation project will be advantageous.

Job Specification:

• • Technical/Functional Skills

• Deep understanding of the SAS and Server applications to ensure ETL is generated efficiently and effectively

• In-depth knowledge of technical skills on programming languages such as SAS, SQL, scripting language, etc.

• Strong understanding in metadata, database model and business data model concept.

• Skilled in fine tune and optimizing complex SAS ETL, SAS batch and data integrations with assumption of future impact analysis can be conducted without guidance.

• Strong in analyze business requirements to perform feasibility studies, impact analysis, gap analysis based on current architecture, functional & technical design.

• Strong in Design concept, Documentation/ Proposal, Implement, Test, deploy systems & end-to-end solutions to meet the business needs.

• Skilled in basic Data Profiling and Data Quality concepts and techniques.

• Good knowledge in Unix / Linux/ Windows interface.

• Understand and follows Group Project Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle

• Value added

• Good understanding in banking product and business domain and relevant data information.

• Good knowledge in Business Intelligence & Reporting Tool, Data Warehouse will be an added advantage.

• Experienced with building and operating data warehouse.
