Duties & Responsibilities:

• Involve in First Article and Qualification of new product
• Prepare and compile First Article Inspection (FAI) packages in accordance with customer or industry requirements
• Ensure all required documents are included (e.g., balloon drawing, inspection report, material cert, COC)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary inputs for FAI
• Manage document control

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in QA or document control is an added advantage)
• Exposure to First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills across department
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, powerpoint, email)
