Job Summary

We are seeking a CRM Technical Consultant with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development experience. The successful candidate will design, develop, customize, and support enterprise solutions while leveraging modern development practices, AI-assisted development tools, Microsoft Copilot, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilitie

• sDevelop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, services, integrations, and report
• sDesign and implement customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologie
• sExplore and adopt new Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologie
• sUtilize GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and approved AI tools to improve development productivit
• yPerform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimizatio
• nDevelop technical documentation, deployment procedures, and solution architecture documentatio
• nReview and validate AI-generated code to ensure security, maintainability, and compliance with coding standard
• sCollaborate with Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and customer stakeholder
