As a Protégé in the Financial Data Analytics (FDA) team, you will assist in designing, building, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions that support management and business users. You will work with large datasets, develop analytical reports, and help improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in extracting, transforming, and managing data from multiple systems for analytical purposes
• Support the development and maintenance of centralized datasets and data marts
• Help design and build multidimensional BI data models and OLAP cubes
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reporting schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Perform data validation and trend analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, or an equivalent qualification

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Familiarity with Python or R for data processing and manipulation
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic VBA)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights
• Eagerness to learn about the insurance and takaful industry

• Sales Channels – providing performance insights and dashboards
• Finance & Accounting – supporting financial analysis and reporting
• Operations – improving efficiency through data-driven recommendations
• Technology Teams – coordinating on data infrastructure and system integrations
