岗位职责

Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll transactions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the maintenance and enhancement of payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process all payroll transactions and ensure timely payment.
  • Collect, calculate, and enter data to keep payroll information up to date.
  • Prepare payroll payments in compliance with regulations, including IR21 and IR8A forms, as well as managing leave pay and claims.
  • Handle tax clearance matters for employees.
  • Maintain and upgrade the payroll software system.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to payroll efficiently.
  • Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications from a tertiary institution in finance, accounting, or human resources.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant payroll experience.
  • Preferably experienced in Sage Easypay Software.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
