Job Title: Procurement Manager – F&B (Mixed rice food stall)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to support our F&B operations. The role involves sourcing quality ingredients and supplies, managing costs, and ensuring timely delivery to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers for fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to optimize costs while maintaining quality.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking to avoid shortages or wastage.

• Ensure all supplies meet food safety and hygiene standards.

• Track market trends and price changes for key ingredients to support menu planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B procurement, wholesale markets, or related field.

• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management.

• Ability to work closely with kitchen and management teams.
