  • 8+ years of experience in GIS development and spatial data analysis
  • Strong expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise suite, including ArcGIS Server
  • ArcGISPortal
  • ArcGISEnterprise SDK
  • ArcGISPro
  • Extensiveexperience with FME Desktop and FME Server
  • Proficiencyin developing and consuming REST APIs for spatial services
  • Strongunderstanding of spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, PostGIS)
  • Basic experience with Python scripting for GIS automation
  • Knowledgeof web mapping technologies and standards (OGC)
  • Experience working in agile development environments

TechnicalSkills

  • ESRI Products: ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for JavaScript
  • FME: Desktop and Server workflows
  • Programming: Python, JavaScript
  • Relational and Spatial Databases: Oracle Spatial or PostGIS and Oracle or MySQL or MSSQLServer
  • WebServices: REST APIs, SOAP
  • Version Control: GitLab or equivalent
  • Spatial Analysis Tools & Data Transformation Tools
