Role Overview
This role supports the execution of facilities and M&E projects across multiple sites. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and proper handover of project works into maintenance operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support execution of facilities projects across maintenance and upgrading works
- Coordinate between ops team, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure works are aligned with site operational requirements (not just technical)
- Track progress, highlight risks, and follow through on action items
- Review drawings, scope, and ensure practical execution on site
- Support procurement and vendor coordination
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover to operations team
- Prepare reports and updates for management
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering background (Mechanical / Building Services preferred)
- 2+ years hands-on experience in M&E / facilities / construction
- Comfortable working on site and coordinating with multiple parties
- Able to balance technical requirements with operational practicality
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to ACMV / HVAC systems
- Experience in M&E coordination or project execution
- Familiar with AutoCAD / Revit or equivalent
