Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will work on selected ongoing Trade Missions to prestigious European exhibitions and trade fairs. He/She will conduct research to identify potential participant companies across ASEAN, maintaining contact information, explaining the project details and the offer from the event organizers in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive contact lists of importers, distributors, and retailers across ASEAN, South Korea, and other markets to support trade mission outreach
- Contact target companies to clearly explain exhibition details and sponsorship packages, facilitating informed participation decisions
- Provide daily updates on outreach activities, including calls made and potential leads generated, to track project progress
- Assist with administrative tasks for selected delegates, including coordinating travel plans, managing visa formalities, and ensuring timely submission of required information to event organizers
- Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, quality standards, and agreed-upon project procedures
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support project objectives
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing project requirements
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and reporting to support project transparency and accountability
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) proficiently to prepare communications and reports
- Apply a professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach to all project tasks
- Identify issues proactively and support practical problem-solving to maintain project momentum
