• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine quantities and costs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage tender submissions, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow to ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Review and assess subcontractor claims and variation orders.
• Track project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and industry standards.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Support contract administration and dispute resolution when required.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
