岗位职责

This role involves coordinating service operations and providing customer support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and accurate administration of service records.



Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily incoming calls and emails from customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Log and allocate service requests to the appropriate technicians through the CRM system.
  • Monitor and follow up on escalated cases, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Administer service operations, including updating meter readings, managing customer and contract information, and closing service jobs in the system.
  • Support service contract management, including scheduling machine installations and issuing notifications for expiring contracts.
  • Maintain accurate service-related documentation and records, ensuring proper filing and storage of all supporting documents.
  • Prepare various reports for management.
  • Execute any additional duties as assigned by the Senior Service Manager.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in service coordination, customer service, or sales administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with advanced functions such as V-lookup and Pivot Table.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
