Oneberry Technologies, Singapore’s leading innovator in security and surveillance technology, is seeking an Inventory & Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Coordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with vendors.
Maintain accurate and updated inventory records for both new and recycled equipment.
Conduct inventory cycle counts.
Account for and report inventory surplus, product returns, and any damages.
Evaluate the cost movement of the company's products and assess purchase and invoice details.
Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Propose improvements to the inventory recording system.
Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Personal Attributes:
Knowledge of barcode equipment.
Proficient in using PCs and inventory software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong calculative and analytical skills.
Effective time management to meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification.
Diploma in Accountancy, Administration, Material Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Data entry skills and a knack for numbers.
Able to speak Bilingual or Multilingual languages as an advantage, as some clients are only able to speak Mandarin.
