Join a strategic government digitalisation initiative, contributing to the modernisation of a public Agency's ICT landscape — from legacy system transformation to SG Tech Stack adoption. You'll own the end-to-end architecture for a system that supports the Agency's digital services, working closely with business, security, and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end system architecture, ensuring alignment with the Agency's Enterprise Architecture
• Translate business needs (including resiliency requirements) into concrete architectural specs
• Design and evolve the organisation's architecture blueprint across business, information, and ICT assets
• Review code and solutions throughout the SDLC
• Be the bridge between business, developers, infra, security, vendors, and external system owners

What You Bring

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline
• Proven track record as a Tech Lead / System Architect — system design, performance tuning, prototyping
• Strong .NET and/or J2EE development background, with solid data modelling and SQL skills
• Experience with SOA, web services, microservices, and public-facing e-services
• A sharp eye for evaluating technology fit — cloud, legacy modernisation, SG Tech Stack
• Sitecore XM Cloud experience (content management, personalisation, workflows, front-end integration) — OrderCloud commerce platform knowledge a strong plus
• Experience integrating Sitecore with CRMs, analytics, and marketing automation tools
• Excellent stakeholder communication — you can pitch ideas and get buy-in, not just build things
