岗位职责

Join a dynamic team where your expertise in cost estimation and project management will drive the success of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact through precise budgeting and effective collaboration with diverse project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects by analyzing specifications and drawings.
  • Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labor needed for MEP installations, ensuring accuracy in assessments.
  • Develop, manage, and control project budgets throughout the project lifecycle, monitoring cost variations and suggesting cost-saving measures.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and participate in the procurement process while evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Administer contracts related to MEP works, managing variations or claims and ensuring compliance throughout the project.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assess potential risks linked to cost and contract issues, developing strategies to mitigate them for project success.
  • Generate regular cost reports to provide stakeholders with updates on the project's financial status and offer analytical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to contribute to project success.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards in MEP construction and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Conduct cost analyses for repair and maintenance projects and perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial, commercial, or data-centre projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • Attention to detail along with robust organizational skills; adaptable and flexible in approach.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently, demonstrating initiative and commitment.
