岗位职责

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.

2 years relevant experience in construction related industry.

Able to interpret drawings and specifications.

Able to work independently.

Construction Phase Cost Control: Regularly inspect the construction site, assess actual project progress, review and approve phased payments, and handle variations and cost claims.
