岗位职责

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee engineering and technical teams in developing precision-engineered products. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring quality compliance, and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitoring costs and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Develop departmental goals, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes.
  • Improve product efficiency, yield, quality, and equipment utilization.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for manufacturing issues.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from concept to implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Ensure projects comply with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead new product introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities.
  • Collaborate with customers and design teams on manufacturability and cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in precision engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, tooling & fixtures, GD&T, CAD/CAM systems, and SPC.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
