Assist in the full spectrum of HR Functions, including assisting in the company’s recruitment needs and manpower planning; training needs analysis, etc.
Assist in payroll calculation.
Creation of new staff, leaves administration, change of personal details etc.
Prepare delivery orders for materials sent to the site
Support Admin department in day-to-day transactions
Perform basic data entry
Perform mail distribution and maintain office equipment and supplies
Answer Phone Calls
Any other related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Good in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum NITEC Graduate
Experience in HR functions would be an added advantage.
Must have comprehension of written or verbal graphic instructions.
Must possess good communication skills.
Have problem-solving skills.
Good team player with excellent communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
