Job Summary

Support the organization by designing end-to-end solution architectures for sales opportunities in Data Center, Security, Data Analytics, or Cloud domains, leveraging technical expertise across multiple vendors and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design complex vendor solutions that accurately meet customer requirements within assigned solution domains
  • Lead solution architecture design and facilitate solution workshops to align technical strategies with customer needs
  • Conduct technical workshops and represent the company in event presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Deliver outstanding service quality while meeting predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop deep technical knowledge of solutions to provide expert guidance and support
  • Lead complex, high-value tender projects and oversee the overall solution submission for specified domains
  • Act as the escalation point for technical issues and serve as Subject Matter Expert for assigned solution domains (Data Center, Desktop and Cloud, Security, Data Analytics, Document and Data Management)
  • Build solution blueprints and architecture frameworks to support solution domains
  • Perform business planning activities including quarterly business planning and reviews with vendors and Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Participate in Services Cadence Meetings and drive services revenue growth
  • Communicate product, solution, software, and technology information to educate internal teams and external customers
  • Respond to solution inquiries from internal/external sales teams, resellers, and end users
  • Provide technical input in customer meetings alongside Account and Channel Managers
  • Mentor and coach presales consultants and system engineers on solution knowledge and daily activities
  • Maintain required industry and technical knowledge and achieve vendor-related accreditations
  • Participate in Specialist Business Unit’s business planning and contribute to cross-solution initiatives
  • Evaluate solutions within the specified solution domain to ensure alignment with business challenges
  • Understand customer business challenges and map appropriate solutions and technologies during pre-sales engagements
  • Ensure adoption of solutions and technologies post-sales and capture business metrics to support renewals and upsells

Required competencies and certifications

  • Must possess relevant solution domain certification and credibility
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the solution domain

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Preferably possess TOGAF certification
