Jobs description

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons based on curriculum. Use effective teaching strategies to explain concepts clearly and reinforce understanding.

Customize lesson materials and accommodate different learning styles based on student abilities.

Track individual student's academic performance and learning needs. Prepare students for major exams with effective strategies and resources.

Update parents about students progress, strengths and areas needing improvement.

Conduct assessments, mock exams, revision workshops and holiday programmes.

Collaborate with Academic Programme Manager oncurriculum enhancements. Support exam analysis and provide insight on student readiness.

Prepare and distribute lesson materials, assessment papers, and exam resources.

Support the Academic Programme Manager in updating curriculum documents.

Support teachers in analyzing student results and identifying learning gaps.

Provide academic information to parents regarding lessons, materials and assessments.

Assist Academic Programme Manager in enhancing programmes based on thelatest syllabus and exam requirements.

Ensure punctuality and student feedback from teachers according to SOP. Supervise and collect formative and summative assessment and report generation at mid-point and end-point of classes.

Requirements

Strong subject mastery and passion for teaching.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.

Good classroom management and student engagement skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in using educational tools, digital platforms and online teaching platforms.

Patient, approachable and encouraging. Committed to student success.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak periods.

Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking students

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, a relevant subject specialization or equivalent.

Experience in customer service or education is an advantage.
