Assist in recruitment activities and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave administration.
Coordinate staff training, welfare activities, and company events.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience are welcomed
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous in handling confidential information
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, business partners, and overseas teams, and to review and coordinate business documents primarily prepared in Mandarin.
