Responsibilities
Qualification:
· At least Nitec in Technology for Facility Management, GEC “O” or “N” level, “A” Level or equivalent
· At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
Job Description:
· To man the FRC. The FRC is first point of contact whenever a user seeks for urgent assistance.
· To receive fault reports through the hotline and email, and redirect the fault reports to the relevant maintenance contractor
· To accurately and timely log-in/update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System)
· To ensure the completion of the repair or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within the KPI
· To receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests
· To perform other ad-hoc duties required
