Singapore Engineering and Technology Entry Level
Shared Game Services (SGS) provides core platform services to all games published by Garena. Services include but not limited to authentication, payment, and mobile SDK.
We are a dedicated and passionate team of product managers and engineers committed to building a platform that is scalable and robust for high volume, while ensuring reliable and localized user experience for our users.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered software applications that solve business and product challenges.
- Build, integrate, and optimise AI capabilities using large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and other modern AI frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and workflows to support AI features from development through production deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable AI solutions.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and optimise AI application performance, including response quality, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain and improve AI applications through testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous iteration to ensure production readiness.
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI technologies and identify practical opportunities to enhance existing products and engineering workflows.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence or relevant fields.
- Relevant working experience in AI (including internships)
- Strong programming fundamentals with the ability to rapidly build and iterate on software solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for AI technologies and emerging trends.
